The project attracted considerable interest from the international scientific community, generating fruitful discussions on biomethane production, hybrid energy storage systems, and the opportunities for scaling up and transferring the LIFE COโ‚‚toCHโ‚„ concept to different industrial sectors.

We would like to thank the organizers and participants of EGU2026 for the valuable exchange of knowledge, ideas and perspectives.

EGU26 is the annual General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union, the largest geoscience conference in Europe, bringing together thousands of scientists to share research and discuss solutions to pressing climate, environmental, and sustainability challenges.
